- Stock in more than one place
- What is available, what is committed, and what is moving between sites — without a spreadsheet reconciling them.
- Pricing decisions that need a person
- A discount beyond someone's authority should reach the right person quickly, with the context they need to decide.
- Customer and supplier credit
- Balances, limits and what a returned or credited document actually did to them.
- Returns that are only partly accepted
- Accepted, refused, restocked and credited are different facts, and each should stay explainable.
- Imported goods
- Goods whose landed cost is not just the supplier's invoice line.
- Exceptions in the middle of ordinary work
- A hold, a shortage or a lost response should say what is known and what can safely happen next.

Language Design intent
Arabic and English work and documents, designed to be composed rather than mirrored: the interface, the record and the printed document each intended to read natively in both.
Operating practice Design topic
Cheques and deferred cheques, branch operations, import costs and multiple currencies are named design topics in the product's own source material.
Legal readiness Not claimed
Country invoicing and tax requirements are a separate obligation. Nothing on this site is a compliance claim for any country.
Who is a good first fit
Organisations whose inventory, sales, purchasing and finance need more control, while the teams doing the daily work need a practical interface. Fit follows from how the operation runs, not from a headcount band.
